6 weeks to build a healthier body through steady change. There will be a moderate change but it will create a foundation for lasting change if it is stuck with. The key is always sustainability in how we live and long-term change. The program will allow the participant to identify their own path to becoming healthy. They will be presented with healthy options to steadily add to their routine and unhealthy habits to begin breaking. There will be check-ins and a support group to take part in that will help with accountability. Members are encouraged to post their progress in the group and/or on social media for a stronger sense of community.
