Rejuvenate in Spring with a weekend of
guided/unguided meditation,
Event kicks off with Stress Board breaking. Participants write their stresses on a board and a trained martial artist teaches them how to break through them.
Saturday
- Stress Board Breaking 4:30pm
- Dinner 5:00pm
- Pottery 6:00pm
- Hiking 7:00pm
- Moonlight Meditation 8:30pm
Clay molds will set overnight for participants to take with them.
Sunday
- Arrive at Wesselman Woods 8:00am
- Meditation 8:20am
- Tai chi with Master Ron 9:00am
- Art Therapy 10:00am (Creating worry stones and relaxing art with a licensed art therapist)
- Restorative Yoga 11:00am with Yin Yang Yoga 4 You
- Art and Free Style painting at noon
- Stress Board Breaking 1pm
- Open Hiking

Arrive Sunday at 8am
