About the event

Rejuvenate in Spring with a weekend of 

guided/unguided meditation, 

Event kicks off with Stress Board breaking. Participants write their stresses on a board and a trained martial artist teaches them how to break through them.


  • Stress Board Breaking 4:30pm
  • Dinner 5:00pm
  • Pottery 6:00pm
  • Hiking 7:00pm
  • Moonlight Meditation 8:30pm

Clay molds will set overnight for participants to take with them.


  • Arrive at Wesselman Woods 8:00am
  • Meditation 8:20am
  • Tai chi with Master Ron 9:00am
  • Art Therapy 10:00am (Creating worry stones and relaxing art with a licensed art therapist)
  • Restorative Yoga 11:00am with   Yin Yang Yoga 4 You            
  • Art and Free Style painting at noon
  • Stress Board Breaking 1pm
  • Open Hiking

Explore different styles of finding balance while meeting others. 

Come to the classes you want to, or enjoy the scenery and environment.

Arrive Sunday at 8am

Breakfast and Lunch are provided on Sunday.

This event has a group. You’re welcome to join the group once you register for the event.
