In this hands-on self-defense class, you’ll learn practical strategies for protecting yourself in narrow spaces like hallways, corridors, doorways, and tight indoor areas. We’ll cover how to manage distance when movement is limited, create space under pressure, use walls and doorframes to your advantage, defend against close-range attacks, and escape safely when possible.

You’ll practice awareness, body positioning, simple strikes, defensive framing, movement in tight spaces, and escape strategies designed for real-world situations where you may not have much room to work.
