Hey, let's meet and have a fun time at a pizza party! P.S. we will be doing a small video shoot for the gym....thanks!
We will be shooting some b-roll footage of hitting the heavy bags, the ground bags, reflex bar, some partner work, and the tire.
Velocity will provide pizza and drinks. If you want to bring something else, you are welcome to, just let Damien know.
