Kung FU

Ancient art of Chinese Shaolin Kung Fu

Learn Shaolin Kung Fu from an instructor trained and tested by a Shaolin Monk. 

Also called Wushu, this style focuses on flexibility, balance, dynamic movements, and control. Each student will learn foundational skills and progress towards a specialization.

Mixed Martial Arts is a blend of Kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and Judo. Classes teach how to mix strikes with grappling and throws. Lots of sparring to improve skill sets and opportunities to compete or just practice for fun. It's an Inviting community of enthusiasts.
