Get on the mats and glove up! A cardio-focused boxing class, that puts you one on one against a heavy bag. Fight like a champion through each round. Classes are no more than 8 people to give plenty of time for individual attention and goal progression.

We train without shoes on but socks are good.

Ancient art of Chinese Shaolin Kung Fu
Learn Shaolin Kung Fu from an instructor trained and tested by a Shaolin Monk.
This style focuses on flexibility, balance, dynamic movements, and control. Each student will learn foundational skills and progress toward a specialization.

Mixed Martial Arts is a blend of Kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and Judo. Classes teach how to mix strikes with grappling and throws. Lots of sparring to improve skill sets and opportunities to compete or just practice for fun. It's an Inviting community of enthusiasts.
